Athens Startup Awards 2017 distinction

First AVM deal has been agreed
The first commercial deal of UREVAL has been agreed, providing access to high quality market data, which allow the full launch of AVM service in the area of the capital. Securing exclussive transaction data provision removes a serious element of risk in our previous business plan, enforces our competitive position and establishes important value in our first B2B provision of the service. In anticipation of the formal completion of the deal we are intensifying our efforts to mobilise the process and achieve additional contracts and funding.

AVM test in Greece completed successfully
UREVAL completed the first test of AVM service in Greece, as the outcome of a commercial collaboration, achieving a remarkable precision vis-a-vis actual transaction values of residential assets. The performance of this exercise for few test areas of the capital was highly satisfactory, providing average approximation to transaction values similar that between two certified valuations, although valuations tend to differ less artificially, due to valuation smoothing. This technical breakthrough in a market that is experiencing extreme market conditions offers valuable evidence for the actual value of the scientific approach we follow and the importance of our wider set of services. We are now preparing for the extension of coverage of the AVM service in Greece and the full deployment of the platform.

UREVAL in a first deal in Greece
UREVAL has achieved a first B2B business deal in Greece, engaging the collection of Greek data and the adaptation of the AVM product for a practical assessment of the service quality by a medium/large enterprise of the real estate sector. A positive outcome of the assessment before the end of 2016 is expected to lead to the full activation of the service.
