Helvia Technologies (https://helvia.io) was founded in 2018 with the vision to enable business teams to work smarter. Our mission is to deliver a single Experience Management (XM) platform for automating all internal and external company communications, with AI and RPA.

- Helvia HRwiz: a “Human Resources wizard” that boosts the effectiveness of HR processes and can be easily embedded in company communication channels as a Microsoft Teams add-on or a web-widget plug-in for the company intranet.
- Helvia Account Experience+: a conversational portal providing an interactive chat/voice experience for client questions, new tickets, and escalation to helpdesk live-chat.
- Helvia Customer Experience+: a conversational portal providing an interactive chat/voice experience for automated customer support, answering common questions, helping and escalating to 1st line support live-chat.
- Helvia Lead Experience+: a single point for prescreening new leads, providing tailored demos, answering common questions, and escalating to sales live-chat for qualified cases.
Technology
Helvia produces innovative AI-enabled solutions through two main vehicles:
Helvia Bot Framework (HBF): a development framework for building interactive UIs, operating as AI bots. HBF features advanced conversation management capabilities, offering unique chatting experiences to end users. HBF bots operate in all popular chat messaging platforms and voice assistant platforms such as Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Messenger, Viber, SMS, as well as in standalone web and mobile applications.
Helvia Experience Portal+ (HEP): an easy-to-use web dashboard that enables business owners to design and manage conversational experiences, collect insightful analytics, and control the delivery of these experiences in messaging platforms.
